21.600 breaths

 The (15) Nityas (or Eternities) of Lalita ("She Who Plays") represent the fifteen lunar days (or tithis) of the waxing Moon. The full circle of the Nityas also represents the 21,600 breaths a human being takes in a full day and night.

 Other than the absence of water the one thing we need before that is breathing. Breathing is the foremost important procedure we humans need to do in order to stay "alive"(?). One could call it "the one instinctive function". One cannot stop breathing at will.

 The Sri Yantra is a form of mystical diagram (known as a yantra) that represents the goddess in her form of Shri Lalita or Tripura Sundari, "the beauty of the three worlds" - Bhoo, Bhuva and Swa (Earth, Atmosphere and Sky). Four isosceles triangles with the apices upwards, representing Shiva or the Masculine. Five isosceles triangles with the apices downward, symbolizing female embodiment Shakti. Thus the Sri Yantra also represents the union of Masculine and Feminine Divine. Because it is composed of nine triangles, it is known as the Navayoni Chakra. Together the nine triangles are interlaced in such a way as to form 43 smaller triangles in a web symbolic of the entire cosmos .

 Τα (15) Νίτυα (ή αιωνιότητες) της Λαλίτα ("Εκείνη που προσεύχεται") εκπροσωπεί τις δεκαπέντε ημέρες ή (Τίθις) του Αύξων Μηνίσκου (όπου το φεγγάρι αρχίζει να φαίνεται και να μεγαλώνει σε μέγεθος). Ο πλήρης κύκλος των Νίτυα επίσης εκπροσωπεί τις 21.600 αναπνοές ένας άνθρωπος παίρνει σε μια ημέρα και νύχτα.

 Πέρα απ'την απουσία νερού το ένα πράγμα που χρειαζόμαστε πρωτίστως είναι η αναπνοή. Η αναπνοή είναι η πιο σημαντική λειτουργία που εμείς οι άνθρωποι χρειαζόμαστε για να παραμείνουμε "ζωντανοί"(?). Ένας θα μπορούσε να την αποκαλέσει "τη μία ενστικτώδη λειτουργίας". Ένας δε μπορεί να σταματήσει να αναπνέει κατά βούληση.

 To Sri Yantra είναι μία μορφή μυστικού διαγράματος (γνωστό ως yantra) το οποίο εκπροσωπεί τη Θεά στη μορφή της Shri Lalita ή Tripura Sundari, "η ομορφιά των 3 κόσμων" - Bhoo, Bhuva και Swa (Γη, Ατμόσφαιρα και Ουρανός). 4 ισοσκελή τρίγωνα με τις κορυφές προς τα πάνω εκπροσωπούν τον Shiva ή το αρσενικό. 5 ισοσκελή τρίγωνα με τις κορυφές προς τα κάτω, εκπροσωπούν τη γυναικεία μορφή Shakti. Έτσι το Sri Yantra επίσης εκπροσωπεί  την ένωση αρσενικού και θηλυκού θεϊκού. Επειδή αποτελείται από 9 τρίγωνα, είναι γνωστό ως Navayoni Chakra. Μαζί τα 9 τρίγωνα είναι συνυφασμένα έτσι ώστε να σχηματίζουν 43 μικρότερα τρίγωνα σε ένα συμβολικό ιστό ολόκληρου του κόσμου.
